**Procurement of qualified ICT training service providers to deliver specialized ICT training programs for PRASA employees in the Western Cape.** Bidders should be qualified ICT training providers, registered SDPs with MICT SETA (or relevant ETQA), capable of instructor‑led training with labs, assessments, and certification support across listed courses (AI, Power BI, Huawei Cloud, Network+/Security+, CSS, PMI‑ACP, CISM, PenTest+). The aim is to build internal ICT capability to support digital transformation. 

#### Requirements
- Registered SDP with MICT SETA (or equivalent ETQA). 
- For courses 1‑5 and 7‑9, supply curriculum mappings showing SAQA‑aligned unit standards; Course 6 requires SAQA NLRD registration. 
- Provide accreditation proof for the listed courses from relevant professional bodies. 
- Stage 1B mandatory docs: COIDA good standing, SARS PIN, CSD number or report, completed RFQ docs, submission register, bank letter, company registration, certified owners’ IDs, JV/consortium docs if applicable, and evidence of prior similar accredited training (min 3 letters). 
- Stage 1C documents for scoring (non‑mandatory): certified IDs, BBEE certificate/affidavit. 
- Specific goals: BBEE level 2 or EME 51% Black Owned (20 points); Price 80 points (total 100). 
- Validity: bid responses valid for 60 working days from closing date.
