#### Overview
**Procurement of driver accommodation services at Acornhoek for six months (as and when required).** PRASA invites bids from service providers capable of delivering overnight and day-rest accommodation, meals (breakfast), security, and related shuttle/transport support for drivers, within a 5–10 km radius of Acornhoek loading points. Suitable bidders include hospitality/ accommodation providers with experience in contracted, secure lodging and related amenities (see RFQ PRA/DRVR/ACCOMM/ACORNHOEK/07/2026). The process uses an 80/20 price-vs-goals evaluation and requires adherence to PRASA’s General Conditions of Purchase.

#### Requirements
- Location: facility within 5–10 km of De Anjo’s Square, Acornhoek (address in the Annexure C end-destination).  
- Services: overnight rooms, day rest, breakfast, secure environment, fumigated rooms, low noise, shuttling within 5–10 km, and related hotel services (Annexure A).  
- Sub-contracting allowed; end-destination and weekly driver schedules attached (Annexure C).  
- Returnable documents and compliance: company letterhead quotation, proof of property ownership or lease, Google Maps proof of radius, valid SARS PIN, full RFP documentation, CSD registration, tax compliance where applicable (Stage 1A/B).  
- Tax/compliance: SARS PIN; Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration; Tax compliance status; disclosures for PEPs/PIPs as applicable (Section SBD6.1).  
- Specific goals: at least B-BBEE Level 1 or 2 and at least 51% Black Women ownership, with documentary evidence (Section 4, Table 1).  
- Commercial: price in Rand (inclusive of taxes), firm, with a Pricing Schedule Annexure B; delivery terms and payment within 30 days on correct tax invoice (General Conditions of Purchase).  
- Validity: bid responses valid for 60 working days from closing date (Section 14.1).  
- Evaluation: Stage 1 mandatory compliance; Stage 2 price (80) and specific goals (20) weighting.
