#### Requirements
- Quotation on company letterhead and a valid RMI certificate at submission.
- Tax compliance: submit SARS PIN; provide Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN or, if unavailable, a CSD number (per requirements; separate TCS for each JV/consortium member).
- National Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration required; foreign bidders may be exempt.
- Complete all RFP documentation (including all declarations) and provide evidence for preference points (BBEE level 1 or 2 and 51% black-owned by women).
- Compliance with PRASA General Conditions of Purchase; pricing in Rand, inclusive of taxes; delivery terms to be specified.
