- Compliance documents: SBD 1, SBD 4, BBBEE (preferential points), Mutual NDA, latest SARS Tax Compliance Status, CSD registration.
- Safety: must submit a CSIR-approved safety file prior to works.
- Additional: CIDB/JV rules if forming joint ventures; tax/CSD validation; no NT restricted supplier/tender defaulter listings.
