**RFQ for the Replacement of Floor Tiles and Repainting of Walls at CSIR Scientia Campus (Buildings 44G TSO and 43A/43C/43D).** Suitable bidders are contractors in building refurbishment, tiling, flooring, carpet tiles and painting with a CIDB grading of 2GB or higher, plus demonstrated office renovation experience. #### Requirements
- CIDB registration with a 2GB or higher grading (or ability to attain prior to closing).

- Registration on National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) and tax compliance verification.  
- Safety file approved by CSIR SHEQ prior to work; adherence to OHS and construction regs.  
- Compliance with 80/20 PPPFA preference system (Annexure E).
