- Site briefing attendance and safety/SHEQ compliance

- Compulsory briefing session and site inspection: 29 September 2026, 11:00–12:00, CSIR Scientia Campus, Buildings 43A/44B (see Annexure A).  
- Enquiries deadline: 1 October 2026, 16:30.  
- Closing date/time: 6 October 2026, 16:30. Late submissions not accepted.  
- Submission method: electronically to tender@csir.co.za (RFQ No. 6765/06/10/2026; use RFQ description as subject). File size per email max 25MB; no cloud transfers. If needed, split across multiple emails.

  - SBD forms (Annexure C and D) and completed BoQ (Annexure B)
