## Summary

**PRASA seeks the supply and delivery of consumables to PRASA.** The RFQ covers items such as padlocks, toner cartridges, batteries, extension cords, plugs, power strips and related office/IT consumables, to be delivered to 78 Simmonds Street, Braamfontein. Bid suitable for suppliers of office/IT consumables and related hardware who can meet tax/compliance requirements and are registered on SARS CSD; provide SARS PIN or Tax Compliance Status, COIDA good standing, and separate TCS/CSD for any JV.

#### Requirements
- Completed Pricing and Delivery Schedule and BOQ/Pricing Schedule
- Signed RFQ document and all SBD forms
- Letter of Good Standing: COIDA
- SARS PIN or Tax Compliance Status (TCS); CSD number if no TCS
- Separate TCS for each JV/partner; JV agreements where applicable
- Compliance with tax/poaching restrictions (no bids from persons in the state service)
- Bid validity: 90 working days from closing date
- Bids must be on official forms and adhere to PPPFA 2022, GCC and any special conditions
