**RFQ for the supply and delivery of UAV Commercial Off The-Shelf (COTS) Subsystems and Components to the CSIR.** Bidders should be manufacturers/suppliers of UAV components (motors, ESCs, propellers, avionics, sensors, LiDAR, FPV/digital image transmission, etc.) capable of supplying data sheets and lead times per Annexure A and Annexure B.

- Evaluation: elimination criteria include late/submitted to wrong location, missing mandatory documents, and non-conformance to spec; 80/20 price/preference scoring; 90-day RFQ validity.
- Logistics: delivery address CSIR Meiring Naude Road, Brummeria, Pretoria; lead times to be stated; prices in ZAR including taxes; pricing must be on Annexure B.
