#### Requirements

- Minimum of three (3) contactable references for similar 3-phase works (2019–2026).
- Tax/compliance: SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS PIN) or CSD registration; PTA checks apply.
- Complete and submit Mandatory Returnables: SBD 1, SBD 4, Preference Points forms (Annexures C–E), pricing via Annexure B.
