**SAFCOL invites quotations to supply and deliver First Aid Training Level 1 and 2 for Contractors at Sabie Platorand.** The course runs for 3 days for eight delegates at the Platorand Training Centre, Mbombela.

#### Requirements
- HWSeta accreditation (mandatory) with proof.
- B-BBEE: SANAS-accredited certificate or sworn affidavit (EME/QSE).
- Tax clearance and CSD registration (or MAQA/MAAA number) with SARS/CSD; register within 7 working days if not already.
- Returnable documents: company registration documents, ID copies of directors, latest tax clearance, BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, CSD/MAAA, official quotation on company letterhead.
- Compliance: SBD4 disclosure; JV bidders must provide consolidated B-BBEE.
- Pricing to be firm and VAT inclusive; no delivery before official order.
