#### Overview
**RFQ for a Senior .NET Application Development resource for eight months on an hourly basis.** The NHBRC seeks a qualified service provider to supply a senior .NET developer to develop, integrate, support, and modernise NHBRC Digital Service applications, including DevOps, SAP integration, Azure architecture, and mobile components. Target bidders: service providers with at least 8+ years .NET experience, 5+ years in C#, ASP.NET MVC/Core/Web API, SQL Server, Azure DevOps/CI-CD, enterprise app integration, Xamarin/MAUI, and IT qualifications (NQF level 6+).

#### Requirements
- Bidder must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience with at least two client reference letters; CV and qualifications for the proposed resource must be attached.
- Proposed resource: Senior .NET Developer with (i) 8+ years Microsoft .NET, (ii) 5+ years C#, (iii) ASP.NET MVC/Core/Web API, (iv) SQL Server admin/optimisation, (v) Azure DevOps/CI-CD, (vi) enterprise app integration, (vii) Xamarin/.NET MAUI, (viii) Azure architecture design; qualification at least NQF Level 6 IT.
- Annexure A pricing schedule completed; total hours = 880 over 8 months; hourly rate (VAT inclusive) quoted.
- Complete SBD 4, SBD 6.1, and SBD 7.2; tax compliance via SARS PIN/TCS; CSD number if no TCS; B-BBEE documentation (verification certificate or sworn affidavit).
- Stage 2 minimum total score of 70% to proceed; Stage 3 may award up to 20 preference points (80/20 system) for specific goals (Women 12, Youth 6, Disabilities 2).
