- Pricing schedule and scope of work for CCTV, Access Control, and Alarm systems (see attached RFQ pricing/specifications).  
- Preference points claims for specific goals (e.g., women/youth/disability/Black ownership) with documentary proof.  
- Ensure ability to quote a total price inclusive of VAT and keep it valid for at least 30 days after closing.  
- Compulsory returnables and proof of authority to sign (e.g., company resolution).  
- Source documents verification (CIPC, IDs, disability letter if applicable).
