## Summary

#### Overview
**RFQ to service Boiler 5 and provide certification at Timbadola Saw Mill.** SAFCOL invites bids from service providers with boiler servicing expertise, an AIA-certified Approved Inspector accreditation, and at least 5 years’ boiler service experience to perform Boiler 5 statutory service and issue certification at Timbadola Saw Mill.

#### Requirements
- Mandatory boiler certification by an AIA-certified Approved Inspector (attach accreditation letter from Department of Employment and Labour).
- Minimum 5 years’ boiler service experience; provide reference letters.
- Signed client referral letters detailing contract dates, boiler descriptions, and client satisfaction.
- Returnable documents: fully completed RFQ, official quotation on company letterhead, latest Tax Clearance, BBBEE certificate (SANAS) or sworn affidavit for EME/QSE, CSD report or MAAA number, and IDs of company directors.
- Prices must be firm and VAT-inclusive; all SBD forms to be signed and returned.
- Registration with the National Treasury CSD (if not registered, bidder must register within 7 working days of award).
- Evaluation uses an 80/20 framework: Price 80 points, Specific Goals 20 points (at least 51% Black Ownership earns 20 points).
- Acceptance of SAFCOL Supplier Code of Conduct.
