#### Requirements
- Company profile showing refractory supply and installation experience in foundries/smelters; more than 10 years in refractory environments; at least 5 years in refractory environments; experience with precast refractory shapes; list of completed projects (4-ton preshapes) with contacts.
- Lead-time specification; product available within 2 weeks, 4 weeks, or 8 weeks from PO.
- Supplier experience: list of completed similar projects with project type, value, and client contacts (foundry/smelter origin).
- Required documentation: Tax Clearance Certificate, SBD 4 (Declaration of Interest), B-BBEE certificate or applicable affidavit, COID Good Standing where applicable, and any other documents the RFQ requests.
- Pricing: fixed, all-inclusive (taxes, freight, insurance, duties, disbursements); complete response required.
- Evaluation: Phase 1 functionality (scores up to 100 from criteria including company profile, lead-time, and supplier experience); Phase 2 under 80/20 PPPFA with B-BBEE.
