## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of system manual valves and actuated valves for the NW Plasma Gas Air-Purification System Demonstration Project.** The call is open to valve manufacturers or suppliers able to provide the specified manual valves and actuated equivalents, with data sheets, ISO 9001 quality systems, and relevant experience in nuclear-related or hazardous-gas facilities. The scope uses 11 valves described in the attached Valve List [01] and P&ID [02].

#### Requirements
- Supply the system Manual Valves for NW PlasGas Demonstration per attached [01] Valve List and [02] P&ID.  
- Provide valve make/model and datasheets; demonstrate how the product meets requirements (scores up to 30 for suitability).  
- ISO 9001:2015 (or latest) accreditation (provide certificate) or ISO 9001 accreditation of the OEM.  
- Lead-time: 4, 6, or 8 weeks (as specified in the evaluation).  
- Pricing: fixed, including all taxes, freight, insurance, duties, etc.  
- Compliance: Necsa General Conditions of Purchase, PPPFA/PP Regulations, GCC; include documentation as requested.  
- Required documentation: Tax Clearance (SARS PIN), SBD 4 (Declaration of Interest), B-BBEE certificate or EME affidavit, COID good standing if applicable, data sheets/curves for pumps if applicable.  
- Evaluation: Phase 1 technical/functional score (min threshold 80/100). Phase 2 80/20 price vs B-BBEE; additional PPPFA considerations.
