- Preference points: 80/20 scoring system with Specific Goals (Black-owned, Women, Youth, Disabled). Provide proof as required (e.g., IDs, company docs, HPCSA certificate for disability) to claim points; attestation and documentary proof may be required.
- Specific goals and deliverables: adhere to the attached specification for Knowledge Management Consultancy; non-compliance with mandatory requirements or the technical spec will lead to disqualification.
- Price validity: quotes must be valid for the stated period; price proposals should be aligned to the 6-month engagement.
