## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of sound, decor, barricades, stage, lighting and truss and rigging services for Forest London Campus Music Festival on 3 October 2026.** Bid invites suitably qualified event-production providers to supply and install audio, staging, lighting, truss/rigging, decor and barricades, including a weatherproof stage and associated backdrops, for the University of Fort Hare. Bidders should have capacity to deliver end-to-end event production and comply with UFH SCM processes, including CSD registration and tax clearance. 

#### Requirements
- Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) is compulsory. 
- Submission of an Original Tax Clearance Certificate. 
- Detailed quotation and pricing schedule. 
- Completion of RFQ documents (SBD forms) and declaration of interests. 
- BBBEE status claim with proof (certificate or sworn affidavit) and compliance with PPPFA 2023 for preference points. 
- Compliance with UFH SCM policies; no late quotations accepted.
