#### Requirements
- Food Premises Certificate (in the bidding company name) issued by the Municipality.

- Tax compliance: provide SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN or CSD number; ensure compliance status.
- Evaluation: 80/20 preference points (price 80; specific goals 20); documents to claim specific goals (SBD6.1, medical certificate for disability if claimed, SANAS/CIPC B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, Ownership Certificate). 
- Other: quotes must be submitted by the closing time; DFFE reserves rights to verify information and not award to the lowest bid.
