#### Overview
**PRASA seeks quotations for the supply and delivery of lubricants and cleaners (oil SAE 40 210L, journal bearing oil grade 57 210L, crater 15kg bucket, electrical cleaner 25L) to East London, Eastern Cape, on a one-off basis.** Bidder should be a supplier of industrial lubricants and cleaners with the ability to deliver to PRASA East London depot and comply with tax (SARS PIN), Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration, and PRASA procurement rules (GCC, PPP Regulations).

#### Requirements
- Complete and submit the Pricing Schedule in full (Section 4/Section 7) and the Delivery form. 
- Submit mandatory documents: company registration, copies of directors’ IDs, Valid Tax Clearance with SARS PIN, CSD number, and proof of bank account; sign all RFQ documentation.
- Ensure tax compliance: provide SARS PIN/TCS; if registered on CSD, provide CSD number; if not, other tax proof as applicable.
- Register on National Treasury’s Central Supplier Database (CSD) and be compliant with PRASA’s general conditions of purchase and preference regulations (SBD forms, etc.).
- Administrative and legal compliance: respond by the deadline, ensure sealed submission, and acceptance of GCC and any special conditions.
