## Summary

#### Overview
**PRASA seeks the supply and delivery of lubricating oil SAE 40 (210L), journal bearing oil Grade 57 (210L), Crater (15kg buckets), and electrical cleaner (25L) to East London on a one-off basis.** The items are required for delivery to East London, Eastern Cape, under RFQ ECR/RS/09/06/2026.

#### Requirements
- Complete the Price Schedule and Pricing and Delivery form exactly as provided. 
- Submit all returnable documents; comply with Stage 1A mandatory requirements and Stage 1B basic compliance documents (including Company Registration, Directors’ IDs, valid Tax Clearance and SARS PIN, CSD number, and proof of bank account). 
- Ensure compliance with Tax requirements (TCS PIN or SARS registration) and CSD registration where applicable (Stage 2 scoring uses price and specific goals). 
- Provide all RFQ documentation (declarations, SBDs) fully signed; ensure no contravention of the PFMA and SABC SCM rules. 
- Adhere to the 80/20 preference-point system (Price 80, Specific Goals 20); claim points with acceptable BBEE evidence (EME 51% Black Owned). 
- Delivery to be as early as possible, payment terms are per PRASA General Conditions of Purchase (30 days after correct invoice).
