## Summary

#### Overview
**KMFRI invites insurance providers to bid to provide motor vehicle insurance cover for KMFRI’s fleet for a two-year period.** Eligible bidders are insurance service providers registered by the Insurance Regulatory Authority (IRA) to operate in Kenya; joint ventures are allowed with Kenya-based partners, and Kenyan-based bidders are preferred. The contract covers KMFRI motor vehicles for two years. #### Requirements
- IRA-registered insurance service provider eligible to tender.

- JV rules apply; maximum JV members as specified in the TDS; all members jointly liable.
