## Summary

#### Overview
**This RFT seeks a service provider to implement Internet connectivity, firewalls, Dell VxRail, VMware, and network switches for CEF Sandton and SANPC-Refinery over three years.** Target bidders: SA-based service providers with a Network Operation Centre (NOC), OEM partnerships (Dell/VMware), ISPA membership, ICASA certification, and the ability to deliver two 500 Mbps internet links per site, APN with 300 SIMs, HA firewalls, VxRail and VMware licenses, and campus switches. #### Requirements
- Own Network Operation Centre in South Africa (3+ years) with 24/7 support. 
- OEM partnership with Internet, switches, and firewall solutions. 
- ISPA membership. 
- ICASA certificate/letter for the products. 
- Accredited Dell and VMware partnerships.
