#### Overview
**The RFT seeks the appointment of a service provider to perform septic tanks cleaning services at the SANPC Refinery for 36 months.** (RFT SAPT/07/2026). #### Requirements
- COIDA Certification (Letter of Good Standing).  
- Scheduled Activity Permit (SAP/STP) from the eThekwini Municipality.  
- Fleet ownership: minimum 10,000 L honey-sucker truck with company-registered documents or valid rental agreement.  
- Driver: valid Code 10 licence.  
- Tax/compliance: valid SARS Tax Compliance Status or Tax PIN/CSD where applicable; BBBEE affidavit/certificate; returnable documents including CSD summary.  
- Returnable documents: SARS tax status, BBBEE, lease/metering proofs, CSD number.  
- Technical criteria include an OHS Plan (30% weighting) and references demonstrating septic-tank clearing experience; minimum technical threshold is 70%.
