#### Overview
**The South African State Theatre seeks a service provider to cover scheduled quarterly maintenance and emergency repair interventions for equipment repair service for 12 months (re-issue).** Scope includes equipment from HK Audio, Pioneer DJ, and MIDAS. Bidders should have SA-based status (OEM, sole distributor, or authorised service provider for the brands), and meet mandatory compliance and pre-qualification criteria.

#### Requirements
- Evidence of status as OEM, sole distributor, or authorised SA service provider for HK Audio, Pioneer DJ, and MIDAS.  
- Conduct quarterly preventative maintenance and provide emergency repairs within agreed response times.  
- Diagnose faults, provide technical reports, supply/install OEM-approved parts, and enable firmware/software updates and calibration as applicable.  
- Must coordinate with manufacturers/SAs distributors; provide post-service testing/certification where required.  
- Certified documentary evidence of status; GCC and POPIA compliance; SBD forms completed as required.  
- National Treasury CSD registration (CSD number with MA AA) and SARS tax PIN; BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (EME/QSE); certified share certificate; CIPC company registration; IDs for all directors.  
- POPIA consent form completed; GCC initials on pages.  
- Term of contract: 12 months; price quote valid for 120 days post-closing date.
