- Pricing: fully completed pricing schedule; firm prices in ZAR; prices valid for at least 90 days; VAT shown where applicable.
- Delivery/technical: subscription base for 25 users, once-off installation, training for 25 users, remote and on-site support, cloud-based license, minimum 30GB storage, 25-user setup across all sites, and 36-month term (see RFQ scope in RFQ SHEQ System.pdf).
- Integrity and compliance: sign the Integrity Pact for Businesses (see Integrity Pact for Businesses.pdf); comply with POPIA and ethics, and not disclose confidential information.
