**Invitation to appoint a panel of service providers to render marketing, communication, advertising and related services for targeted departmental events/campaigns for a period of three (3) years as and when required.** Bidders should be marketing/communications, advertising or creative agencies capable of delivering across Category A (Advertising & Media Buying), Category B (Communication & Public Relations), and Category C (Marketing & Creative), with samples and project-team CVs.

#### Requirements
- Fully completed and signed SBD1, SBD4 (Declaration of Interest), and SBD6.1.
- Submit samples of work for the category(s) bid for.
- Attach minimum of three CVs detailing exposure in marketing, communications and advertising for the project teams.
- Compliance with Central Supplier Database (CSD) director information where applicable.
- Bidders may bid for one or more of Category A, B and C (each category has its own evaluation and costing).

- Submission deadline: 27 July 2026 at 11:00. Submit in a sealed envelope to the Department’s Supply Chain Management Unit (King Williams Town address as per the bid).
