- Demonstrated capability to perform PAPI verification, monthly maintenance, and annual calibration (ICAO/SACAA compliant).
- On-site resources on site monthly; bi-weekly verification schedule (Week 1: Service Provider; Week 3: ACSA Internal Team) and on-reporting after each visit.
- Deliverables: monthly verification, functional testing, inspections, preventative and corrective maintenance; annual calibration for Runways 10, 28, 02, 20 with calibration certificates.
- Training and knowledge transfer to ACSA staff; monthly reporting and annual certificates.
- Compliance and administrative: tax compliance (SARS PIN or CSD), returnable documents (pricing schedule, SBD forms, BBBEE, confidentiality, VAT where applicable), and security vetting as required.
- Adhere to the attached pricing schedule (BOQ) and avoid scope deviations without written approval.
- Valid bid period: 120 business/working days.
