## Summary

#### Overview
**This RFQ seeks a service provider to supply and deliver consumable goods (sectioning blades) for the Fisheries Management branch/MLRF of the Department of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment, with Western Cape providers preferentially considered.** The deliverable is 4 x diamond wafering blades (sectioning blades) per Annexure A; the bid is open to Western Cape service providers only.

#### Requirements
- Fully compliant with SBD forms (SBD 1, 2, 3.1/3.3, 4, 6.1) and related procurement rules.  
- Suppliers must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and have Tax matters in order (Tax Clearance or equivalent).  
- Provide a valid Tax Clearance Certificate and a valid B-BBEE status verification (SBD 6.1) with details of issuing authority.  
- Certified copies of company directors’/shareholders’ identities, CK1 registration, and a Letter of Authority to sign on behalf of the company.  
- The winning bidder must be registered on the MLRF Oracle ERP system (submit Oracle Registration Form and supporting docs within 7 days).  
- Submissions must be two-part: technical bid and pricing bid; prices must be firm and inclusive of VAT.  
- CIDB minimum category/level to be specified by SCM.  
- Delivery within 60 days of Purchase Order; delivery address: Foretrust Building, Cape Town.  
- Annexure A specifies the item: 4 x diamond wafering (sectioning) blades for otolith cuttings (5 inch diameter, 0.025 inch thick, 0.5 inch arbor).  
- Payment terms: 30 days on validated invoices.
