## Summary

#### Overview
**This RFQ seeks a service provider to supply and deliver translation of a government notice for the Department of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment’s Marine Living Resources Fund (MLRF) in Cape Town and surrounds.** The translation targets the DFFE draft policy into Afrikaans, isiZulu and isiXhosa. Suitable bidders are professional translation service providers with public-sector bid experience, multilingual capability, and the ability to work under government procurement rules.

#### Requirements
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration is mandatory.
- Valid Tax Clearance Certificate / tax compliance status; VAT registration if applicable.
- B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificate (SBD 6.1) with supporting documentation.
- Complete and submit standard bidding documents: SBD1, SBD2, SBD3.1/3.3, SBD4, SBD6.1.
- Provide tax/compliance documents: CSD/MA supplier number, CK1 (entity registration), Letter of Authority to sign, certified identity documents of directors/shareholders.
- Bid must be two-part: technical bid and pricing bid (master and copies); pricing must be in ZAR and VAT inclusive.
- Bidder must be able to register on the MLRF Oracle ERP within seven days of Purchase Order.
- Delivery of services within 60 days of issuing the Purchase Order.
- Payments are 30 days from receipt of valid invoice.
- Submissions via official channels only; late or non-conforming bids may be disqualified.
