## Summary

#### Overview
**This open tender seeks to appoint a service provider to undertake chemical analysis of fish samples for the DFFE/MLRF and report results over a 12-month period.** The work covers freshwater finfish (and related water and feed samples where relevant). Eligible bidders are laboratories with **SANAS accreditation** (local) and ILAC scope, and with at least 2 years’ experience in veterinary/environmental residues testing of fish. Bidders must be registered on the CSD, hold a tax clearance, and submit using the official forms.

#### Requirements
- **SANAS accreditation** for local laboratories (and ILAC scope for international laboratories) with methods within scope; provide certificate and scope evidence.
- Minimum **2 years’ experience** in veterinary medicine and environmental residues testing of fish; provide resume.
- Demonstrated capacity: adequate staff and equipment; provide an organogram.
- Must be on the **Central Supplier Database (CSD)** and have in-order tax matters; provide tax clearance, CSD/MA number as applicable, and VAT details if registered.
- Capability to perform the four-period chemical analyses listed in Annexure A with a 20-day turnaround per period (and coordinate with the DFFE contact for analyte lists/methods).
