**Procurement of hake heads (consumable goods) for the DFFE/MLRF Fisheries Management; Western Cape service providers only.** Bidders should be Western Cape SPs with CSD registration, tax clearance, and capacity to supply 2,000 kg hake heads for fishing bait, delivered to Cape Town within 60 days of a PO.

#### Requirements
- Western Cape service providers only; deliver to Cape Town area.
- Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) prior to submitting bids.
- Submit on official forms (SBD1, SBD2, SBD3.1/3.3, SBD4, SBD6.1) with a firm pricing schedule; attach Annexure A.
- Provide original/valid tax clearance (or Tax Compliance Status Pin), CSD/MA supplier number, CK1 entity certificate, IDs for directors, and a Letter of Authority.
- Bid comprises two parts: technical bid and pricing bid; written quotation on company letterhead.
- If claiming Specific Goals, provide proof (SBD6.1) and complete the Preference Points form; points accorded under PPPFA (80/20 or 90/10 as applicable).
- Successful bidder must register on MLRF Oracle ERP within seven days of PO; delivery within 60 days; payment within 30 days of valid invoice.
- No hand-delivery of RFQ responses; submissions by email only.

- Email submissions must include two parts (technical and pricing) and all required SBD forms and supporting documents; pricing schedule must be firm and incl. VAT (see Annexure A).
- Documents to submit include Tax Clearance/Tax Compliance, CSD/MA supplier number, CK1, directors’ IDs, and Letter of Authority; include a written quotation on company letterhead.
- Delivery address: Foretrust building, Martin Hammerschlag Way, Foreshore, Cape Town, 8001 (as per Annexure A).
