**Procurement of safety protective clothing for the Fisheries Management branch/Marine Living Resources Fund (MLRF), DFFE, with Western Cape service providers only.** Bidders should be PPE/safety workwear suppliers capable of supplying offshore trousers and steel-toed boots per Annexure A, and delivering to the specified Cape Town area.

#### Requirements

- Provide a firm price (VAT inclusive) and attach a breakdown quotation (Pricing Schedule) per Annexure A.
- Compliance with Annexure A specifications: offshore trousers and steel-toed boots as detailed (local production/content 100% for the clothing items).
- Delivery within 60 days of receiving a Purchase Order; payment within 30 days of receipt of valid invoice.
- If claiming specific PPPFA points, provide proof for goals (e.g., black ownership, women ownership, youth, disability) and complete SBD6.1.
- On award, bidder must be registered on MLRF Oracle ERP within seven days.
