## Summary

#### Overview
**This RFQ seeks quotations for the production of branding material for the Joburg Tourism Company.** Suitable qualified service providers with branding/printing production capability should bid to design artwork and produce items (e.g., fabric pull-up banners and related branding materials) using supplied logos. Respondents should submit before the closing date of 30 June 2026, 10:00. (See JTC0035 -Branding Material 2026.pdf for details.)

#### Requirements
- Quote for all items in the pricing schedule; firm prices with VAT included.
- Mock-ups of each item and samples must be submitted for approval prior to production (scope references Form E).
- Completion of MBD forms and inclusion of relevant compliance documentation (e.g., MBD 4, MBD 6.1, MBD 8, MBD 9).
- VAT registration or treated as Non-VAT Vendor; SARS Tax Clearance Certificate required.
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration and proof of BBBEE status (certificate or sworn affidavit).
- Provide municipal accounts for the company and directors if value > R30,000; disclose any subcontracting >25% with details.
- Delivery to the address specified; labour for off-loading/delivery to be provided.
- Prices must be valid for 30 days from closing date; no price increases after submission.
- Do not deliver before an official purchase order is issued.
- Copyright and related rights vest with Joburg Tourism Company for produced materials.
- Follow the 80/20 PPPFA preference framework with specific goals (designated groups; enterprise locality) as per MBD 6.1.
