**Appointment of a Service Provider to retrofit street lights, air conditioners, fluorescent lights, smart meters and to certify EPCs.** Bidders should have CIDB 3EP or higher and be registered on the CSD with Tax Compliant Status, plus provide a Certificate of Good Standing from their local municipality, to participate in this open tender.

#### Requirements
- CIDB contractor grading designation of 3EP or higher
- Registered on the CSD Supplier Database with Tax Compliant Status
- Certificate of Good Standing from local municipality
- Compliance with Blue Crane Route SCM policy; complete all tender forms and data sheets; submit all supplementary information
- Non-refundable tender deposit of R300 before collection of the tender document
- Compulsory briefing on 09 September 2026 at 10:00 at the Town Hall, Somerset East (briefing is mandatory; late arrival >15 mins denied)
