## Summary

#### Overview
**RFI to design and implement an individualized total rewards statement solution, integrating with Sage 300 People to produce repeatable, secure annual statements for employees.** This RFI is for suppliers with Total Rewards Statement capabilities, Sage 300 People integration experience, data-security and POPIA/compliance controls, and South African-based support. It is issued by the Competition Commission of South Africa to inform a potential procurement process; this is not a binding contract.

#### Requirements
- Provide information on solution capability, deployment model, integration options, indicative costs, timelines, information-security controls, and ongoing support (as per RFI). (see attached RFI PDF)
- Demonstrate relevant experience with at least three comparable Total Rewards Statement projects; include Sage 300 People integration capability.
- Detail data transfer options (automation and controlled manual), data-mitness, validation, reconciliation, and governance.
- Describe security, privacy and access controls (POPIA compliance, encryption, IAM, MFA, incident management, hosting, data location, continuity).
- Outline implementation approach, milestones, training, support model, and exit/portability provisions.
