**RFI for a single Software Platform – Event Management Accreditation Solution to automate SSA’s event creation, accreditation, badge design, attendance, and access control.** Target bidders are South African software/IT providers capable of delivering an integrated platform with offline support, self-hosting or cloud hosting, and MS SQL integration (plus security-clearing requirements). - Modules must support multiple events, configurable badge/credential designs, self-service check-in, and zone-based access control (RFID/QR/barcode/biometric).
- Technical evaluation: 80 out of 100 points minimum; addressing all listed modules and functions.
- Compliance and pre-qualification: South African legal entity; minimum 5 years in forensic investigations (perAdditional Requirements); willingness to undergo SSA security screening with a detailed list of personal and company documentation; SARS Tax Compliance PIN or CSD number; BBEE status; SBD7 contract readiness.
- Additional technical/operational needs: self-hosting or cloud-hosting; offline capability; MS SQL integration; ability to generate customizable reports and dashboards; data migration from existing systems (per SSA needs).
