## Summary

#### Overview
**Provision for Server Administration Services for SARB, for a three-year term with an option to renew for two years.** Bidders should be able to deliver end-to-end server administration across Windows, IBM AIX, Red Hat Linux, SUSE Linux, and VMware, including patching, DR/backups, provisioning, monitoring, security, and 24/7 support. Experience with a co-sourced delivery model and compliance with SARB’s security/privacy requirements is essential. (Reference: RFP document)

#### Requirements
- Ability to administer Windows Server, AIX, Red Hat Linux, SUSE Linux, VMware, and related backup/DR tooling; maintain SLAs and performance metrics.
- Demonstrated capacity for 24/7 incident response, on-site resources, and remote coverage; at least two vetted resources per function with one on-site full-time.
- Security vetting and MISS-based personnel vetting; adherence to National Key Points controls; POPIA/privacy obligations.
- Completion of SARB returnables: SRT 1–SRT 13, BBBEE, key personnel, project references, confidentiality, and pricing markup; Third-Party Risk Assessment (Annexure 2) if applicable.
- Ability to engage SARB’s standard contract and participate in Change/Service Management, audits, and risk controls; insurance and non-solicitation provisions.
