## Summary

#### Overview
**RFP to appoint a service provider to provide Internet lines and voice solution services for 36 months.** NFVF seeks bids from ICT providers with proven enterprise Internet connectivity and hosted voice capabilities, able to integrate with a hybrid Microsoft 365 environment, provide redundancy, security, and ongoing support. Eligible bidders should hold an **ICASA licence**, be able to supply references, and meet **CSD**, **Tax Clearance**, and **B-BBEE** requirements. #### Requirements
- **ICASA licence** applicable to electronic/voice communications.  
- **Tax clearance**: original certificate; complete TCC 001; valid for 1 year; joint ventures need certificates for each party.  
- **CSD registration**: proof of CSD; tax status verified; for JV, each party provides proof.  
- Completed mandatory forms: **SBD 1, SBD 2, SBD 3.3, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 7.1, SBD 8, SBD 9**.  
- Certified copies of company registrations (CM1/CK1), change of name (CM9), current address (CM22), directors (CM29/CK2).  
- **B-BBEE** certificate or sworn affidavit; for JVs, consolidate accordingly.  
- References from clients for similar enterprise Internet/voice projects; CVs for key personnel (project leader).  
- Eligibility to bind and assemble documentation; documents must be current (within 6 months) and properly bound.
