#### Requirements
- Juniper Elite status and ability to design, supply, install and integrate Spine-Leaf topology with Juniper gear (QFX5120 series) per Annexure A.
- Supply, deliver and configure Spine-Leaf hardware and licenses listed in Annexure A to the Parliament datacentre (90 Plein Street, Cape Town).
- Compliance with Parliament’s SCM policy; avoidance of collusion; complete RFQ documents, signed Declaration of Interest, and VAT registration details.
- Registration on Central Supplier Database (CSD) and provision of tax PIN, VAT details, and required supporting documents; provide references for similar work.
- Quotes must be on company letterhead; no use of Parliament logo; and Parliament reserves rights on award and pricing negotiations.
- Prohibition of conflicts of interest and adherence to the declaration process for 3 months validity.
