## Summary

#### Overview
**Media Training for Members of Parliament and party caucus staff.** Parliament of South Africa invites quotations to design and deliver an online two-hour training session (12:45–14:45) on 25 November 2026, covering interview techniques, key messages, digital media engagement and professional online presence. Bidders with proven experience in media training, communications, journalism or political communication should bid; accreditation or affiliation with an academic or professional training institution is preferred.

#### Requirements
- Extensive experience in media training, social media training, communications, journalism, broadcasting or political communication; minimum five years.
- Accredited academic or professional training institution to design and deliver the programme.
- Registration on Central Supplier Database (CSD) and valid tax compliance status; VAT registration (if applicable).
- Submit a detailed quotation, company profile, facilitator CV, methodology, and at least three contactable references; complete declaration of interest; and bank details on the Supplier Information Form.
- Claim HDI and RDP preference points with valid supporting documents (CSD, tax, annual turnover, etc.).
- Deliverables include curriculum, training outline, slides and electronic copies of materials after the session.
