## Summary

#### Overview
**RFQ 1094/2026 seeks the provision of five human resources for asset verification for Parliament of South Africa.** The bidder should be able to supply five personnel with asset verification experience to perform physical verification of Parliament assets (estimated ~30,000) across Cape Town locations, over an 80-working-day period starting 2 November 2026. Parliament will provide scanners; resources must barcode, sticker, record conditions, report daily to the Asset Controller, and ensure timesheets support invoicing. The procurement uses an 80/20 preference points system (price vs HDI/RDP goals) and requires compliance with Parliament’s SCM policies and pre-qualifications. 

#### Requirements
- Five resources reporting to the Asset Controller for the project duration; CVs for all five showing at least six months asset verification experience; certified matric certificates. 
- The service provider must demonstrate: minimum two years in operation; three contactable references for asset verification of movable assets; company registration documentation; valid tax PIN and VAT registration; CSD registration. 
- Completion and submission of mandatory documents: declaration of interest; supplier information form; pricing schedule; and references. 
- Evaluation includes 70/100 for functionality and 80/20 for price/HDI & RDP goals; bids may be disqualified for missing documents or non-compliance.
