#### Requirements

- Minimum of three contactable reference letters for Adobe Commerce support/maintenance.
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration report; tax compliance (SARS PIN or Tax Compliance Status) and CSD number if no TCS PIN; if in a consortium, separate TCS/CSD for each party.
- BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit to claim specific goals.
- SBD 4 (Bidder’s Disclosure) and SBD 6.1 (Preference Points) forms; Non-Disclosure Agreement.
- Evidence of hosting/patch management and backup capability; detailed migration plan for Standard Sales, COC and A-Lab apps.
- Validity period of bids (120 days) and adherence to SABS terms.
