#### Requirements

- Mandatory documentation and compliance as per RFQ: signed RFQ, Pricing/Quotation schedule, MBD forms (at least MBD 1, 4, 6.1, 8) and accompanying declarations; proof of tax compliance; CSD reference; CIDB registration if applicable; BBBEE certificate (SANAS) where relevant; company profile.
- Provide details for financial and registration checks (VAT registration, banking details, etc.) as part of the submission.
