- Stage 3 returnables: certified copies of directors’ IDs, company registration documents, BBBEE certificate or affidavit, company profile, CSD reference, proof of bank account, and municipal rates stamping.
- Adhere to bid rules: no canvassing of SCM staff, submitting by the deadline, and other conditions as stated.
- Evaluation: 80/20 preference (Price 80; Specific Goals 20) with goals including HDI/black ownership, women’s equity, youth, and locality.
