## Summary

#### Overview
**RFQ for the supply and delivery of fresh meats for one month to Ushaka Marine World.** The contract covers the supply of beef, mutton, lamb, pork and chicken with refrigerated delivery to the venue. Bidders should be meat suppliers with cold-chain capability and experience delivering to hospitality/food-service operations. Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and the EThekwini Supplier Portal is mandatory, and bidders must provide SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN or equivalent; foreign suppliers must complete Part B3. Bids must be submitted on official forms and deposited in Ushaka Marine World’s tender box.

#### Requirements
- Register on CSD and EThekwini Supplier Portal; provide latest CSD status. 
- Submit tax clearance or TCS PIN; provide SARS details; foreign bidders to complete Part B3.
- Complete and sign mandatory Bidding Forms (MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9). 
- Optionally provide BBBEE documentation if applicable (consortium/JV/trust). 
- Provide Refrigerated Delivery Vehicle – Letter of Confirmation on company letterhead. 
- Submit quotation on official letterhead, sealed and numbered; delivery addresses and contact details included. 
- If applicable, provide Proof of foreign status and Part B3 responses; conformance with GCC and PPPFA 2000/2022. 
- Ensure compliance with 80/20 price-preference framework (as applicable).

#### How to Apply
- Obtain bid documents from the Ushaka Marine World site or Durban site (Main Tender Document: dg387.pdf). 
- Prepare responses on official forms; include MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9 and required attachments. 
- Submit by 26 October 2026 at 11:00 AM to the Guest Information Centre, 1 King Shaka Avenue, Ushaka Marine Durban, in a sealed, numbered envelope. 
- Ensure submission of CSD/TCS documentation and, if applicable, Part B3 for foreign suppliers.
