#### Requirements
- CSD registration with mandatory information (business details, directors, identity, tax status, banking).
- Tax compliance: provide SARS TCS/PIN (or be able to obtain via e-filing); separate TCS for each JV/consortium member.
- Copies of company registration and Joint Venture Agreement (if applicable); attach CSD proof.
- Locality points require proof of municipal rates payments or approved residence proof not older than 3 months.
- Brand names must be specified in Annexure “G” (Pricing Schedule).
- Complete and submit required forms: MBD 1, MBD 3.1, MBD 6.1, MBD 8, MBD 9 and the pricing schedule; comply with GCC and PPP Regulations.
- No RFQ from persons in the service of the state.

- Payments: 30 days after receipt of invoice.
