#### Overview
**Appointment of a service provider to supply and deliver general working items – Q2 for Ushaka Marine World.** Quotations are invited from bidders registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and the eThekwini Durban supplier portal; bidders must meet tax compliance requirements and other prequalification criteria as specified in the tender documents.

#### Requirements
- Must be registered on CSD and the eThekwini supplier portal; provide proof of registration.
- Tax compliance: submit Tax Clearance Status (TCS) or SARS PIN (and, if applicable, use SARS e-Filing); provide PIN/CSD numbers for consortiums or foreign suppliers as required.
- Fully complete and sign mandatory forms (MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9); offer must be on official company letterhead.
- If applicable, provide Consolidated BBBEE certificate for consortia/JV/trust and any required prequalification documents; ensure separate TCS/PIN/CSD for each consortium party.
- Admin compliance: latest CSD report; evidence of SARS standing; and ensure bid is not from a state employee; attach all required documents as part of Stage One evaluation.

#### How to Apply
- Closing date/time: 06 November 2026 at 11:00 AM (RFQ SAM 01). Late or non-sealed bids will not be considered.
- Submission method: sealed envelopes deposited in the tender box at Guest Information Centre, 1 King Shaka Avenue, Ushaka Marine, Durban; or submission on official forms (or online) as specified.
- Documents to submit: MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9; offer on company letterhead; CSD proof; TCS/PIN (or indicate CSD if no TCS); VAT details; and any joint venture documentation.
- Registrations/pre-qualifications: CSD and eThekwini supplier portals; tax clearance (PIN/TCS); where relevant, TCS certificate for foreign bidders.
- Briefing: Compulsory site briefing is not required (No) per the tender text; refer to attached document for details.
