**RFQ for 36-month HVAC equipment servicing, maintenance, repairs, regas, call-out and upkeep, replacement of parts per OEM specifications.** South African Tourism seeks an HVAC service provider to maintain a distributed portfolio of cooling equipment for 36 months, including regular servicing, annual major service, on-call repairs and OEM-compliant parts replacements. Suitable bidders are HVAC service specialists with Refrigeration Mechanic trade certificates (or Reg 17(3)/SAQCC/SARACCA equivalents) and demonstrated capacity; bidders must meet SAT’s bid prerequisites (tax compliance, CSD registration, SARS PIN/TCS) and submit SBD forms and returnable annexures. Proposals are to be submitted electronically (quotes@southafrica.net); a compulsory briefing will be held (details in the RFQ attachments). The scope references the SA Tourism Equipment List and requires pricing for monthly services, call-outs and parts/replacements with POE, Delivery Notes and CoCs where applicable.

#### Requirements
- SAT tax compliance, SARS PIN and CSD registration; CSD summary and tax status verification as required; provide TCS PIN or CSD number.
- Trade certification: Refrigeration Mechanic trade certificate or Regulation 17(3) of the Pressure Equipment Regulations, SAQCC or SARACCA.
- Annexe A-G: complete SBD4, Sworn Affidavits (EME/QSE as applicable), price schedule, and ownership disclosures; attach two client references with contract scope and amount.
- Provide proof of ownership for HDI/SPM goals if claiming preference points (Black Woman, Black, Youth, SMME) per PPPFA 2022; include latest CSD report showing ownership.
- For wear parts/repairs above R2,000, obtain three written quotes; contractor to select lowest and apply its labour rates; installation of new units by contractor where relevant.
- Bid validity: 45 days; delivery/docs per Purchase Order; POE/COC for invoices.
- Pricing format must follow the SAT schedule; VAT applies only if registered for VAT.
