#### Requirements

- Minimum three reference letters for similar AV installations and evidence of relevant experience; basic user training provision.
- Compliance and pre-qualifications: SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN; CSD number if no TCS; VAT status; copies of IDs; municipal billing clearance.
- Documentation: complete and sign all bid documents in ink; submit required MBD forms (MBD6.1, MBD9, MBD7) and the pricing schedule; include electronic and original hard copies as applicable.
- Evaluation includes BBEE specific goals and locality points (Kouga/Sarah Baartman/EC) as per PP Regulations 2022.
