#### Requirements

- Professional Indemnity and Fidelity Insurance of not less than R1 million, with full policy schedule.
- Tax compliance provisions: SARS TCS PIN or equivalent Tax Compliance Status, plus CSD registration if no TCS PIN.
- Ability to complete and submit the pricing schedule; provide a comprehensive company profile and project team details (lead/advisory).
- BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; SANAS-rated or equivalent compliance as required.
- Confidentiality obligations and ability to sign a confidentiality agreement; compliance with POPI where applicable.
